Commercial HVAC Maintenance Contracts

Our commercial preventative maintenance agreements offer priority service for repairs, discounts on parts, biannual system tune-ups, monthly service visits for filter changes and unit inspection, flat rate pricing and no overtime charges.

Commercial Preventative Maintenance Agreement Includes:

  • Priority Service. Commercial clients under maintenance service contracts receive a priority service window when scheduling service and repairs.
  • 15% Discount on Parts. At anytime during your contract period, if your HVAC system requires repair, receive a 15% discount on parts and labor.
  • Spring 21-Point System Tune-up. Our 21-point Spring tune-up ensures your air conditioning system is running properly and efficiently during the Summer months.
  • Fall 21-Point System Tune-up. We follow up in the Fall with a 21-point inspection of your gas or electric furnace before the Winter months.
  • Monthly Service Visits. Monthly service includes filter change, unit inspection, charge verification and overall assessment of each system operation.
  • Flat Rate Pricing. All repairs will be quoted using upfront flat rate pricing.
  • No Overtime Charges. No overtime charges will apply, even on holidays.
